Sharon Yvonne Stone is the only daughter from Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, who was a manufacturer of tool and dies, as well as a former worker in a factory. Sharon was born on 10 March 1958, at Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone was thought to be academically gifted when she started two grades when she was five. She graduated with a high school diploma at Saegertown located in Saegertown in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. She was also a contestant for Saegertown's Miss Pennsylvania beauty pageant, winning Miss Crawford County. Stone moved together with her aunt from New Jersey, where she pursued a career in modeling. The following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. Then, she moved to Europe, spending a year living in Milan in Italy and Paris. Stone but was dissatisfied with Europe by the fashion industry and opted to go to acting. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories" it was a mix-review movie, at age twenty.
